As a Real Estate Consultant, I take great pride in the fact that am constantly working on enhancing my knowledge and skills. The typical agent only has to take 3 classes to get their license and that’s it. I’m a licensed Broker, which in California requires at least 8 classes and a ful day exam. In addition, I’m always getting new certifications and designations to make sure that the information I give my clients is the newest and most recent. One good example would be the CDPE – Ceritified Distressed Property Expert designation I hold which shows my expertise with regard to Short Sale and Pre-Forclosure transactions and situations.
